Japan!

I so feel like flying to Japan now!

I went to Meritius Mandarin or I should say Mandarin Gallery to find out about Ippudo.
PS was telling me about this ramen store.
I went to surf about it.
Apparently, its opened by a Ramen King from Japan.
PS managed to try it after 3 trips there - 1st was a long queue at 8pm so she gave up, 2nd was the store was closed for that day and so she managed to try the ramen only at the 3rd try.
She said the ramen are really nice.
I went to the entrance to look at the short and clear menu.
Prices were ok for a very atas restuarant.
Maybe just a few bucks more than the usual $10-$16 ramen I take.
And, as I was studying the menu I smelt the fragrance.
Oh my, I almost salivated and felt the hunger!
Wanted to return for dinner after shopping at 313.
But, was too hungry when I was at 313 so got to return next time.
I must go back and try it one day!

And, at the 2nd floor of Mandarin Gallery, there is the JTB - Japan Tourism Board, I suppose.
Flipped through the brochures of the different Japan places and packages.
Oh man, I promise to save up and go there soon!
But as I was saying, earliest should be next year as there might be a few trips this year and 2 big weddings to get busy with. :)
Not enough leave for me I think.

I think I will love Japan.
