Fun-Filled Weekend!

I had a really nice weekend til now!

Fri after work went to Ippudo!
Cos I mentioned I felt like eating ramen.
Hehe.
Wanted to go there in Feb but ya lor went on Fri.
Queued for about 45mins as we went around 750pm.
But it was worth it.
The ramen were nice and the soup base was the best!
The Shiromaru Motoaji was delicious and the Akamaru Kasaneaji was so sinfully delicious that I didnt mind all the fats and oil!
Gyoza was ok since I was never a fan of Gyoza.
The Kong Ba Bao was omg so yummy!
Dessert was Yuzi Sherbet.
The servings for all were kinda small, jus nice for me.
But the Yuzi was too small la!
And, its $5!

After that was MJ at nite.
I won again!
So happy!
Haha.

On Sat, I woke up around 9am!
Supposed to wake up at 845am.
As what sis was saying, I cannot wake up 1.
Haha.
Went to fetch JR then sis n fy to Bird Park.
I bought the Hollywood Dino to bring JR there.
He wasn't quite impress about the Dinos I think.
He enjoyed drinking and eating more.
Haha.
Luckily the goodies bags were good - Jack & Jill, Apple Juice, Ice Mountain etc and etc.
Expected time of the trip was 1.5hrs but I think we finished it in 1hr?
Lots of mozzies too!
Haha.
Then we took a long break before proceeding to the Bird Park.
Sis got corporate passes for all the adults and she bought a kids ticket for JR.
He wanted very much to take the monorail but it costs like $5 more each and the free passes not entitled to that.
So we managed to convince the little boy to abandon his thot.
We made up by letting him take a pic when the monorail passed by.
HAHA!
He was sensible too by not insisting on taking.
Oh ya our 1st stop in the park was the Penguin Expedition.
Very funny lor JR.
He and me lead the rest to enter the expedition which was kinda dark.
At the entrance theres this ship tingy on display so JR was pointing and making some comments about it, couldn't rber cos I was so amused by his expression after that and I was impressed by tat place too.
Anyway, while Im still talking about the ship sudd JR let out a loud WAH.
Then I turned my head me too went WAH.
Cos there were alot of Penguins and they all look so impressive!
We all had a great time studying and admiring the penguins and too taking fotos.
After that, we went around.
JR noticed a superman lookalike telephone booth far away and the 2 cameramen acc him over to take some pics while sis n me wait around.
Oh ya he still tell me "I think is those old ones."
Very smart!
But hor his english wah I wana faint.
On top or above he said Upstairs.
Below or bottom he said Downstairs.
I kept correcting him non-stop!
Alot more, bth him!
He let out his 2nd WAH Of the day when he saw the pool of crowded pink flamingo.
Very nice indeed.
But overall, we all find birdpark too dirty and smelly.
Not very well maintained.
The 4 adults were like so tired after walking half the park while the small boy kept running around, play at the playground.
We have aged indeed.
Haha.
After taking a shortcut to the exit, we went to MacDonalds.
Wah the Doraemon Banner totally removed.
I even checked if any of the DOraemons still avail cos sy wana buy the rat.
Haha.
So scary like OOS islandwide.
But lucky her I managed to buy 2 for her at Tamp.
Haha.
Anw, JR wants Ice Cream while I want milkshake.
But the machine spoilt! :(
Then fy went to buy the Magnum mini for him.
Haha.

After that, I went to Angeline's house to visit her and baby Ethan.
Was late for the baby shower so had to disturb their rest for awhile at her house.
Very cute ar the baby!
Hehe.
Had a nice chat too with Angeline, we just kept chatting.
Hehe.

At nite, went to Pasir Ris Park for dinner and some drinks to chill out near the beach.
Relaxing and cooling. :)
