Nice Day Out to ECP!

PS and me arranged to take leave together for today.
After some discussions, we were all ready to go ECP to Kayak!
Hehe.
In the morning, we were thinking if it will rain.
And, the very confident PS kept telling me won't rain.
Haha.

Plan was to meet at Cityhall, take train to Bedok to lunch and then to ECP.
Seeing the bad weather, PS suggested we go straight to ECP 1st and so we did.
So "LUCKY", the hawker was closed for cleaning today and tomorrow! :(
And, we were so hungry.
Hence, we lunched at the Mana Mana Al Fresco dining area.
So Atas.
HAHA!
The Tuna and Cheese sandwich came with fries and some greens at only $7!
The big calamaris costed us $8.
I didn't quite enjoy the coffee float while PS' coke float looked much better. :(
Hehe.
While eating, PS kept saying the dark clouds will just float away and we will be able to Kayak.
Think she quite lucky as it really didn't rain!
Haha.
We saw people playing windsurfing and the standing paddle or whatever.
All looked so fun.
And, there wasn't a single Kayak around.
HAHA!
Went to check out the cost.
Wah, windsurfing is like so expensive with the training fee. :(
Got to settle for Kayak.
$35 for a double Kayak.
Think Bintan much cheaper lor.
Haha.
We kept to the boundaries and Kayaked between the Jetty and the Jumbo Seafood area.
Rested in the middle of the sea to chat.
Woh, so nice.
Haha.
Too bad not much sun to suntan.
Oh yes, forgot to mention, the moment I set foot on the sand, I had an ant bite.
This is a repeat of what happened few weeks bad.
Argh!
Anyway, after Kayaking, we walked all the way to Mac area.
Played lots of games.
Won 4 small teddies.
PS chose a small Mickey and she kindly gave me the rest, including a DORAEMON FINGER PUPPET!
Hehe.
So happy!
Then, we went to Parkway Parade to walk around.
I had Scoopz' durain ice-cream!
Hehe.
Then we went Mos to have a drink and chat too.
At around 7pm, we made our way home.
Its really a nice day out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
