The Letter.

Finally, and out of a sudden, our boss starts to give out The Letter.
At the start of the day, we heard This Team and That Team got their letter.
I was still nonchalant about it as I thot ours will take sometime.
Then the Jojo got so nervous and spread it to me.
Still, I got to remain composed as she like cannot focus on her work liao.
HAHA!
And, suddenly boss called for Pehpeh and the few of us in the very small room made some funny noises.
Think all cramped together with the very nervous Jo made everyone nervous.
And, ya slowly one-by-one went to see her.
Yes everyone is concerned about the numbers so the appraisal part only touch on the grade and zoomed to the numbers, or I mean The Letter.
But hor, wah we spent some efforts on the appraisal leh.
Haha.
Anyway, ya I think like most banks, most of us got increment freeze.
Some had promotion freeze too.
Maybe we were compensated with bonus.
I tried to expect something low yet not too low due to the bad bad economy.
It was slightly higher so ya I was somewhat happier as compared to the past when I expected more.
Learnt to expect less to make myself happy.
Haha.
But, still its just a not-too-bad.

And, I wish my frens in other banks will get their letter soon with big fat bonus!
