Changeling.

I first know about this movie about 2months back when a part-time flyer distributor girl passed me a pack of tissue with the movie picture as the cover at Raffles Place.
The outline of the plot and female lead made me set my mind to catch it.
Like I said before, I do like movies base on true story.
And, Changeling didn't change this.

Its about a Mother who's son got kidnapped.
The police returned her a boy, whom they thought is her son.
However, in the face of a corrupt police force, the Mother's effort to get them to start another search was totally in vain.
She was even thrown into the asylum for no good reason.
And, this changed her.
She became resolute to fight against the corrupted police force and continue the search for her son.
She was lucky to have the help of a capable lawyer.
She was however unlucky to never get reunited with her son.
But, I guess she was very proud of what her son did.

Overall, its a seemingly slow paced movie.
But, not those that make you sleep.
There are also alot of climates.
Being full of emotion, I believe most will get very into the story.
And, I quite like the way it shows the 1920s and 1930s era with the dresses, clutches and English.

I strongly recommend this movie!
Really one of the best.
