Be Fair to Myself.

I couldn't sleep last night.
Argh, I hope the insomnia bug is not back to haunt me.
Now, also feel that I can't sleep later. :(

The few hours lying down, I somehow thought about me at work for the past few months.
Alot of changes.
Be it just me, the kind of work, the team make-up, the characters etc.
I think the short chat with one of my dealers really set me into deep thoughts.
The changes has sort of made me, in certain way, treated myself unfairly.
I tried to improve on my speed to finish more work.
But, I seemed to sacrifice some accuracy for this.
I can feel much more stress as compared to the past too, when there are more people to share more burdens.
Theres of cos still a couple who worked really hard together with me. :)

I guess sometimes people really need to self-reflect.
Im doing that.
And, I hope some can too.
Everyone is very different from each other.
Its not the working style but its the attitude that people will be affected and judge you, I guess.
I always remember what my ex-manager said.
"You are fast, but you can't expect everyone to be as fast as you."
I understand this, truly.
It made me learn how to work in harmony with different people as noone is the same.
However, its quite disappointing, especially the person who sort of causes you to be unfair to yourself was one whom you thought would be a great great help to you.
Soon, with one good teammate gone, I really hope I won't feel any additional stress and burden.
But, I will welcome any changes.
No point thinking too much as you never know! :)
Argh, I realise I sounded like im working super unhappily with my teammates.
HAHA!
No la, just that at certain some actions will make me think so.

No matter what, I have told myself to be fair to myself.
I want my old me to be back!
I will not give up accuracy for speed.
I will be more careful.
I must not have too much blemishes to my performance.
Maybe mine wasn't those very outstanding kind, but should be not bad la huh.
HAHA!
I just don't want to be affected adversely for anything that is not worth it.
Of cos, I will still do what I have been doing that is to ensure all work are done and fulfil my aim of 7pm.
