Very First Xmas Celebration With Family!

I think I mentioned a few times I had Xmas BBQ this year with my family.
Hehe.
This is the very first time we have a proper celebration for Xmas.
I guess cos most elderly thinks Xmas is for Christian.
But, I think Xmas is a time to get together and enjoy.
And, I think my Ah Ma, Uncles, Aunties, Parents and some cousins seldom or don't have gift exchange before.
So ya wana let them have a nice experience.
Hehe.

I booked the ECP BBQ Pit, D35, around 2 weeks before the day - 23rd Dec 08.
Ah Ger helped to order the food catering.
She changed twice as the BBQ Wholesale only offer to deliver ANYTIME from 4-6pm.
Not offer, I should say they insist.
And, it means I must be there at 4pm the latest to wait for the food.
Sounds abit gong huh?
So, she changed to EZB which can deliver at 6pm+.

Asked Huifen (Ah Hee Korkor's gf), Shella, Syn Yee and Ah ger to prepare gifts too.
Luckily, they were all very on.
Hehe.
Huifen helped Ah Soon and Ah Hee Korkor buy too.
As for me, I sponsored 3 presents other than mine, for Ah Ma, Ma and 3yi.

On 23rd, reached ECP at 6pm with Ah Ma, 3yi and Ma to unpacked some stuff and wait for the food.
Syn Yee joined us after some Hollanding.
Ma and 3yi helped to start the fire too.
While waiting, we played poker with Ah Ma.
Haha.
The food came quite late.
Slightly after 7pm I think, cos of traffic jam.
:(
After the food came, we start BBQ immediately and the rest came very shortly after.
And, yeah all of us start enjoying the food.
Except the fried bee hoon, I think all were nice!
Especially the Satay and Yakitori!
Very Yummy!
And, 3yi bought us Prawns and Otah too, which both were also very nice.
So satisfied with the food.
Hehe.
Ah Hong Zehzeh also contributed 2 bottles of wine (but 1 used as gift exchange as she didn't bring along any gift).
So nice of her and hubby.
Of cos, we had lots of present!
To my surprise, I think there were a total of 13 presents!
SO HAPPY!
Hehe.
Just before we finish BBQing, there were drizzle.
:(
Luckily there was a small pavilion near us and we asked Ah Ma to go there 1st and all of us moved our stuff in.
And, 4uncle brought his wife and JIA RONG to join us!
He kept saying don't want to bring Jia Rong along.
But, most of us guessed he would!
Haha!
See how much we understand him.
HAHA!
We were all so happy to see Jia Rong.
And, we also just started our gift exchange when he arrived.
Ah Ma was the 1st to draw the number.
And, she got quite a big gift and she looked so happy.
Haha.
She got the big piggy bank, which I think was contributed by LCG right?
Ah Hee Korkor got the gift which he and Ah Soon Korkor think is the best from the outlook and some shakings of all the present.
It was wrapped in Gold wrapper by 3yi.
It was really something good - a bigbig box of rochers.
Ma was very happy to got her present too - the Massage Stick we both went to choose.
Hehe.
And, ya alot more!

Else, I got to fork out quite alot.
