My 1st Prawning Experience!

Some of you might know, I have been wanting to try Prawning.
Especially last week, I said alot of times that I wana try it.
And, on Friday, Vel smsed both Kel and me asking if we wana do Prawning On Saturday.
WOH, I was so happy and eager.
Haha!
Of cos, I replied a Yes!
Hehe.

It was our first time!
I meant for Vel, Ben, Kel and me.
Vel's fren, Yvonne, seemed to try before.

We went Bottom Tree Park.
Eh, luckily not much mosquitoes.
4th Uncle brought me there before and I fed quite a number of mosquitoes then.
Anyway, its quite a wulu place and must drive in or take cab there.
And, beside the prawning area, is an area for fishing those Long Gou fishes.
Alot of small kids playing there.
Quite cute.
Haha.

We took 8.5hrs to share and its a $87.50 package if I remember correctly.
We were provided with 1 rod each.
And, free flow (I supppose) of cockles as biat.
Chairs too.
Haha.
After which, you can wash the prawns.
And, satay sticks are available and the grill to BBQ the prawns.

Its quite relaxing and interesting to watch how people prawn.
Really can see some experts there.
Got 1 uncle and 1 auntie very li hai.
They just put the rod in and will somehow get a prawn in like a few mins, while we can wait for like 10mins for 1 prawn.
Haha.
And, not too miss out the youngsters.
You will see and hear gers screaming when the prawns they caught gets too near them.
Actually, its the way you pull in the rod that controls the prawn's "flying" direction (ie. controls if you scream or not and the level if you do scream).
So for gers who wana try Prawning for the first time, pull in the rod gently.
Hehe.
Also, you will realise alot of young guys dare not touch the prawns!
HAHA!
Or, some touch but dare not remove the hook from the prawn etc.
Hehe.

After which, we went Chomp Chomp for dinner cum supper.

Woh, the chicken wings there are very Yummy, we all agree.
The Po Piah and Rojak not bad too. :)

Anyway, I was thinking, its been sometime since the 4 of us had some fun and relaxation together.
It was a nice Saturday evening! :)
