Sour Plum Drink.

Guess have been waking up real early.
Guess immune system getting worst too.
Have been having coughs and problems with nose.

After driving today, ate and tried to take a short nap.
Slept for a few minutes and somehow, woke up.
And, felt feverish, cold and nauseated.
Thot I better sleep more and hopefully will feel Ok once Im awake again.
But, couldn't sleep no matter where and how I lie down.
And, thot of the cramps on my foots I've been getting recently.
Hence, decided to make my own Sour Plum Drink, which I think can make me feel better and rid the cramps cos of the high salt level.
Woh, I really feel so good now.
Haha.

Sour plum always is so effective for me. :)
Anyway, I sound li hai to be able to make Sour Plum Drink? HAHA!
Its actually easier than making coffee.
Put a few (depending how salty you can take and need) sour plums into a cup.
Pour hot, if not lukewarm, water into it til the water turns to the sour plum color.
Then, add ice cubes if you want it to be cold.
And, tata its ready!
The most tough part is to use the right sour plum.
My dear ah ma gave me this pack of red plums that are so salty and nice. :)
Else, maybe Im still lying on the bed thinking if I can still move for the rest of the day.
Hehe.
